     Personalized 60-minute virtual sessions to help you step away from distractions, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate mindful movement, breath, and awareness. Each session weaves yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation with simple mindful living tools you can use every day.

  • Organizational Mindfulness & Productivity Labs

    Ninety (90) minute workshops that blend yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness education to support real-life wellbeing, not just on the mat but in classrooms, offices, and community spaces. Workshops can be designed for adults, students, families, or mixed groups.

  • Monthly Pop-Up Classes

    Monthly pop-up classes (virtual and DMV-area in-person). These classes are a great way to reconnect with practice, community, and yourself.
