I AM Wellness & Yoga was created to turn one person’s personal transformation into collective service and empowerment. Through the perennial practices of yoga and meditation—and often overlooked practices like mindfulness and honest conversation—I AM offers space for deep personal exploration, healing, and connection.
We have no desire to instruct on perfect poses or teach techniques to achieve the “perfect” physique. We are here to present the practice as a mirror to life’s shifting, changing, and transformative flow. Nichole supports others in creating their own space for discovery, regardless of where they are. Be it a conference room, school gym, or bedroom floor, any place can become a container for a moment of mindfulness.
I AM Wellness & Yoga aims to cultivate unity, resilience, and joy by using yoga as a tool for becoming anchored and aligned through all of life’s ferocious ebbs and flows.

When I let go of what I AM I become what I might be.
I AM is a declaration. It’s presence. It’s ownership. It’s the quiet power of choosing who you are and how you move through the world. In a culture that constantly tells us to do more and be more, I AM brings us back to the foundation of being. Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, we practice remembering that who we are is already whole. From that grounded place, everything else flows.
I AM was born from a mother and daughter partnership rooted in love, legacy, and a shared commitment to wellness. What started as personal practice became a calling: to create a space where people could regulate, reconnect, and rebuild. In times that feel increasingly divided and overwhelming, we believe community is medicine. I AM is community-first, welcoming people from all backgrounds into a space of support, intention, and collective growth.

Nichole Chamberlain
Founder | Certified Yoga Instructor | Wellness consultant
Nichole is a DMV native, mom, and longtime federal public servant who found yoga in one of the hardest seasons of her life—grief, depression, and overwhelm. Stepping into a studio gave her a rare pause: a quiet place to breathe, slow down, and begin healing her nervous system in the middle of real life, not away from it.
Now a certified yoga teacher, she has led one-on-one sessions, virtual flows, school-based classes for children and educators, and hybrid offerings for busy professionals, including multi-week series and events for government offices and agencies. Her teaching is down-to-earth, trauma-aware, and accessible, with clear cues and a calm, steady presence that help students feel safe and supported.
Drawing on nearly two decades in federal service building mentoring and inclusion-focused programs, along with CPR, First Aid, AED, and psychological safety training, Nichole creates spaces that are safe, inclusive, and human. She shares yoga as a no-guru-needed practice for real people juggling work, family, and healing—a practical path toward more ease, clarity, and resilience in everyday life.
Myah Chamberlain
Co-Founder | Creative Strategist
Myah Chamberlain is a creative strategist, storyteller, and co-founder of I Am Yoga, where she serves as Creative & Strategic Partner shaping the brand’s vision, community experience, and long-term growth.
With a background rooted in creative direction, media, and systems-thinking, Myah specializes in translating purpose into structure, helping values-driven businesses move from inspired ideas to sustainable ecosystems. Her work centers on how people experience a brand emotionally, energetically, and culturally, with a deep focus on community, nervous-system-aware visibility, and integrity-led growth.
Myah draws from practices including herbal medicine, holistic cooking, and astrology which she uses as modalities to explore foundational tools for sustainable creativity and business.
Through her independent platform, Cool Creative Women, Myah explores creativity as both a personal practice and a professional discipline. She is the creator of PLOT, a dual-world publication and creative studio system designed to move ideas from perception to execution.
Blending editorial, cultural analysis, and real-time experimentation, her work documents the evolving process of building creative work, translating lived experience into tools, frameworks, and strategic insight for artists, founders, and creative leaders.
At I Am Yoga, Myah works alongside the founder to design how the business shows up both online and offline, ensuring that offerings, and community feel intentional, accessible, and aligned. This partnership also serves as a live case study for her broader work, blending embodiment, creativity, and strategy into a shared practice of building with care.
