Free Monthly Community Class

First Sunday of every month | All levels | Free

This is our open door. Every first Sunday, we come together for a free, all-levels class open to anyone in the community. Whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you've been practicing for decades, you're welcome here.

This class is designed as a welcoming entry point. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are, explore at your own pace, and notice how the practice feels in your body and nervous system.

  • First Sundays at 11am

    How it works:

    You’ll receive a Zoom link by email 24 hours before class. Please check your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) to make sure you can access the link before we begin.

    WHO THIS IS FOR:

    Anyone who is curious about practicing with us, new to yoga, returning after a break, or wanting a gentle way to experience the community before committing.

  • This offering is intentionally open-access as part of our commitment to sustainable wellness and collective care. Simply register in advance to receive the virtual link and join us live.

  • This practice is designed to be accessible and supportive, with modifications and variations offered throughout. You are always encouraged to move in ways that feel appropriate for your body. Rest is welcome at any time.

    What you will need:

    • Mat or surface: Use a towel, rug, or blanket if no mat.

    • Clothes: Wear comfy, stretchy clothes you can move in.

    • Water: Keep a bottle nearby.

    • Optional props: Yoga blocks, books, or firm pillows for support.

    • Space: Clear a small area so you can stretch safely.

    • Before class: Eat light, silence phone, and join a few minutes early.

The best results come from consistency. Our twice-weekly evening flows are the live class home of the I AM Ageless program, designed for adults who want to unwind, rebuild, and age on their own terms. Each month, your Tuesday and Thursday classes rotate through a different I AM focus (Strong & Mobile, Regulated, Heart Strong, Clear, In Transition, Ageless), so you are not just working out, you are training specific pillars of healthy aging: joints, heart, nervous system, and mind.

This is a space to build consistency, release tension, and tend to your long-term wellbeing, not with quick fixes, but with a sustainable practice that helps you age strong, live well, and reset before the next day.

    4-Class Bundle · $45 (Best Value)

    • 4 class credits to use for any Tuesday or Thursday Gentle Evenings class within 30 days of purchase.

  • Gentle Evenings: Flow & Restore ·7pm (Virtual)

    • 60-minute live virtual group classes

    • Tuesdays: Gentle Vinyasa Flow — light, mindful movement for strength, balance, and mobility.

    • Thursdays: Restorative & Gentle Movement — soothing poses, breathwork, and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system and support recovery.

    • Every class includes yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation, grounded in the current I AM Ageless monthly focus (e.g., Strong & Mobile, Regulated, Heart Strong).

    • Semi-private feel: Personal attention in a relaxed, supportive space, come as you are, all levels welcome; we care more about how you feel than how it looks.


    Who This Is For:

    People who want a consistent place to unwind after the day, regulate their nervous system, and build a sustainable practice that supports healthy joints, heart health, mental clarity, and long-term wellbeing, in a supportive, low-pressure environment. You do not have to be flexible. You just have to be willing to show up.


  • How it Works

    • Pick Your Entry Point: Join any live class, you do not need to start at Month 1. Every class stands on its own, even as the themes rotate.

    • Show Up Consistently: Tuesday and Thursday evenings (plus a free monthly community class) help you build a steady rhythm without overloading your schedule.

    • Let the Practice Build: As the months cycle through Strong & Mobile, Regulated, Heart Strong, Clear, In Transition, and Ageless, you will notice what once felt hard becoming your new baseline.

Throughout the year, I AM Wellness hosts workshops and special events centered on mindfulness, yoga, and intentional living. Each gathering offers a chance to go a bit deeper through focused themes and shared practice in community.
