This is our open door. Every first Sunday, we come together for a free, all-levels class open to anyone in the community. Whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you've been practicing for decades, you're welcome here.
This class is designed as a welcoming entry point. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are, explore at your own pace, and notice how the practice feels in your body and nervous system.

How it works:
You’ll receive a Zoom link by email 24 hours before class. Please check your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) to make sure you can access the link before we begin.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
Anyone who is curious about practicing with us, new to yoga, returning after a break, or wanting a gentle way to experience the community before committing.

This practice is designed to be accessible and supportive, with modifications and variations offered throughout. You are always encouraged to move in ways that feel appropriate for your body. Rest is welcome at any time.
What you will need:
Mat or surface: Use a towel, rug, or blanket if no mat.
Clothes: Wear comfy, stretchy clothes you can move in.
Water: Keep a bottle nearby.
Optional props: Yoga blocks, books, or firm pillows for support.
Space: Clear a small area so you can stretch safely.
Before class: Eat light, silence phone, and join a few minutes early.

Sunday mornings offer a steady vinyasa flow to build strength, improve mobility, and start your week feeling grounded, clear, and prepared.
Together, these classes support the key pillars of healthy aging—joints, heart, nervous system, and mind—through intentional, consistent practice.
This is a space to reconnect, build resilience, and care for your long-term wellbeing—not through quick fixes, but through a rhythm that helps you feel strong, balanced, and supported in everyday life.

A 60-minute class to unwind, release tension, and support nervous system recovery through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. Props are recommended—see “What You’ll Need” for details.
Sunday · 10:00 AM — Vinyasa Flow
A 60-minute, accessible flow to build strength, improve mobility, and help you start the week feeling grounded and energized.
Each class integrates yoga, breathwork, and mindful awareness through the I AM Ageless approach, supporting long-term strength, balance, and wellbeing.
Small group setting with a supportive, come-as-you-are atmosphere. All levels welcome.

What You’ll Need
For All Classes:
A mat or comfortable surface (towel, rug, or blanket works), comfortable clothing, water, and a small clear space to move safely.
For Thursday Restorative:
Supportive props are recommended to fully relax into the practice. If you don’t have yoga props, use what you have at home—pillows or couch cushions, blankets or towels, books or sturdy boxes for support.
For Sunday Flow:
This class is accessible and adaptable. A chair can be used for additional support or as an option throughout the practice.
Before Class:
Eat light, silence your phone, and join a few minutes early to get settled.
