Open to all levels, this free monthly class creates space to explore the practice in a way that feels supportive and deliberate. It’s a simple but powerful way to reconnect with yourself while stepping into the rhythm of a wider community.

  • On the fourth Sunday of each month, Nichole guides a welcoming virtual practice opening space for:

    • Foundational breathwork

    • Gentle, accessible movement

    • Space to reconnect and reset
