Free Monthly Community Class

First Sunday of every month | All levels | Free

This is our open door. Every first Sunday, we come together for a free, all-levels class open to anyone in the community. Whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you've been practicing for decades, you're welcome here.

This class is designed as a welcoming entry point. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are, explore at your own pace, and notice how the practice feels in your body and nervous system.

Weekly PRACTICE:

Group Flow

Sunday | 10:00 AM (Vinyasa Flow)

Thursday | 7:00 PM (Restorative)

$13 per class

The best results come from consistency. Our weekly classes are designed to support both restoration and strength as part of the I AM Ageless approach to mindful, sustainable living.

Thursday evenings focus on restorative practice—helping you unwind, release tension, and reset your body and mind after a full day.

Sunday mornings offer a steady vinyasa flow to build strength, improve mobility, and start your week feeling grounded, clear, and prepared.

Together, these classes support the key pillars of healthy aging—joints, heart, nervous system, and mind—through intentional, consistent practice.

This is a space to reconnect, build resilience, and care for your long-term wellbeing—not through quick fixes, but through a rhythm that helps you feel strong, balanced, and supported in everyday life.

Whether you’re an individual seeking personal support or an organization caring for your people, these customized experiences are designed to meet you where you are. We partner with schools, businesses, and community organizations to offer tailored classes and wellness workshops for team building, special events, staff care, and stress relief. Sessions can incorporate movement, breathwork, meditation, and simple nervous system tools, matched to the abilities and needs of your group, whether that’s kids, educators, seniors, or workplace teams. For individuals, we offer 60-minute private sessions curated to your intentions, pace, and focus, creating a quieter space for deeper exploration and restoration. Each experience begins with a brief consultation so we can understand your goals and design something that feels aligned, supportive, and realistic for your setting. From there, we co-create a session or series that fits your community and the season you’re in.

Throughout the year, I AM Wellness hosts workshops and special events centered on mindfulness, yoga, and intentional living. Each gathering offers a chance to go a bit deeper through focused themes and shared practice in community.
